In terms of camera hardware the Asus Zenfone 5z comes with dual camera setup on back
Where the Primary one is a 12MP f/1.8,24mm,1.4um lens with 4axis OIS ,the secondary one is a 8MP f/2.0,12mm,1.12um lens with gyro EIS

AI cameras on the Zenfone 5z are surprisingly gud
– HDR Mode is aggressive 9/10
– Depth Mode can be control manually (edge detection on point after Update but low exposure)
– Amazing 8mp wide angle camera
– Pro Mode also available on secondary camera
– Portrait Mode on front camera offers amazing edge detection (however blows the background & lack in dynamic range)

*Super Resolution (take 4photos & stich them together to give you high resolution images from the same camera sensors present on phone):-
– You can take a 49MP image using the primary 12MP camera
– Also able to capture an wide angle photo at 21MP resolution

*Time Lapse
– Manually set the time interval and shoot at 4k with the primary 12MP lens
– Also can set time interval & shoot at FHD or FHD+ at 18:9 using the secondary 8MP camera

*Slow Motion
– 1080p at 240fps (only on rear camera)

*GIF Animation (Both Front & Rear Camera)
– Take 50photos at a time & combine them together to create a short video

*Beautify (Both Front & Rear Camera)
– face color,shape of your face,eye ball,eyebrows

Video recording
– 12MP camera able to shoot at 4k 60fps
while at 1080p 30fps you will get OIS

– 8MP camera able to shoot at 1080p+ in 18:9
while at 1080p 30fps 16:9 you will get EIS
