UFO & Tram, 19-02-2023 | Dit “Unidentified Flying Object” (U…

Dit “Unidentified Flying Object” (UFO) kon na de landing in Antwerpen al snel geïdentificeerd worden als het Havenhuis: futuristische nieuwbouw bovenop een oude brandweerkazerne ontworpen door de Brits-Irakese architecte Zaha Hadid. Hermelijn-tram 7211 staat gewoon met alle wielen op de rails. Een foto van het Havenhuis uit 2017 – toen nog zonder tramverbinding – is aangehecht in het eerste commentaar.

This “Unidentified Flying Object” (UFO) could be quickly identified – after landing at Antwerp – as the Port House: a futuristic new construction atop an old fire station designed by British-Iraqi architect Zaha Hadid. Tramcar 7211 acts just as an ordinary element in this scene. A picture of the Port House from 2017 – still without a tramway – is attached in the first comment below.
