Back in the 80's The Tubes played the Greek Theater in LA and it was a non-stop stand up and dance show. My favorite was always "White Punks on Dope."

I saw their full stage production at the Ca. State Fair 1985! Interesting this song has nothing to do with a roller coaster but a clever video nonetheless, Fee is a natural! San Francisco had an unusual music scene coming out of the 70's, the Tubes were the first big act out of SF in the 80's until Huey Lewis!

Saw the Tubes very many times in the Bay area. I think the best was in 1976 New Year's Eve show at the Berkeley Community Theater. One of the best rock and roll shows I've ever seen.
