Arlo Local? I do note need another cloud monthly rape charge. My Skybell without could works great. I'm trying not to ring (pun intended) myself up to a $100/mo reoccuring cloud bills. Especially while times of unemployment like now. So what was the local storage item like?

2 Questions I didn't notice mentioned in the video. 1. Security of the cameras themselves; Once these cameras are setup can all brands not be reused by a thief that steals them?..or tracked if someone tries to reuse a stolen one? 2. How do these brands do with multi-camera viewing from the Apple iPad?

We used to use wired cameras but they are a pain and 25 feet off the ground. I’ve had a ring spotlight cam, doorbell, and stick up cam the last 2 years. It’s nice and all, my issue is if the WiFi is ever bad the video freezes and you can’t see what happened. Also, I hate the fact that it doesn’t record 24/7. I wish ring had a hard drive you could store videos on. Tonight I had someone break into my car, and my ring didn’t catch it, even though my car is right in front of my spotlight cam!

I don’t trust YouTube reviews anymore. The reviewers get sponsored and get money if they sell the items through their channel. YouTube is filled with greed.

Sorry but I wouldn't have any of those systems. 1st off, I'm not paying ransom money to see my footage (arlo). None of the night vision seems to be that good, but really hard to tell when it's taken indoors. These systems are expensive for what you get. I'd rather have a system that has a dvr (see your footage for free, still able to see footage or live view over your smartphone or pc), plug in power ( no batteries to worry about), better night vision , better weather protection for the camera. 1080p camera's, motion detection, cheaper, 4 camera's.
