Very good review. I wanted to grab the TCL 10 PRO but the consensus was that the cameras overall was average to below average. I had a LG V20 in the past and the Ultra wide was useful for my work. I need cameras to perform well and not be hit or miss. I just picked up a mint open box LG V40 with 5 good cameras. The V40 has the front Ultra wide lens as well as the rear. The TCL 10 Pro phone appears to be awesome in other areas. That mid-range market is competitive….Samsung, Apple, Goggle, LG , Moto and now One Plus. Promising only One software update for the TCL 10 Pro does not help inspire confidence either. Ask Blackberry Key 2 owners…TCL left them out in the cold and never gave them an Android letter OS update.

Excellent work Mitesh! As much as I love this phone it definitely needs work as far as the camera software is concerned. Have you tried a Gcam port yet? I was thinking of trying one to see how things go.
