Don't blame your lack of skill as a photographer on the phone. Also, the PhotoPro app can be easily accessed at anytime with a shortcut. How is this impractical?

Why isn't this phone available anywhere? Sony needs to step up! Come strong with their mobile phone section! I'm still rooting for Sony!

How is exposure locking bad though??
Whenever i take video i lock the exposure because i can manually adjust the brightness….
Auto exposure for video is very unprofessional because you can tell that it is recording by a phone because the exposure changes too much….
Only if you know well what the sony is capable of then there's no points in reviewing it because most professional photographer review actually praise the sony….
But i can agree about the front cam that it's bad n it use samsung sensor

I really wish tech-reviewers learned how to use the software in the phone. These two just seemed clueless. How can you make a video like this and not know how to use the damn thing 🤣🤣🤣

Don't waste 21 minutes of your life with an iPhone lover that instead of a review of the xperia just keeps doing bullshit sponsored comparisons of photos with his iphone.
Maybe this is the one you're really looking for: https://youtu.be/O9hkrteC7LE

Please change the name of the video to something like "few xperia auto mode and selfie quick shots vs iphone 11".

Finally a review that handles the big elephant in the room – the fact that 95% of people want proper quality in video and automode.
Pro mode is great, but lets face it – it aint gonna give Sony marketshares.
Fix the bad selfiemode, stabilization, video and automode and we got a winner. (Cause I really wanna go back to Sony)

Honestly, iPhone's camera is a shame, at least for me, when it comes at stills. It's SOOO unrealistic that it's bad. Like, okay. Google's camera oversharpens, Samsung's camera oversaturates. But none of them look cartoonishly unrealistic. Also, the warmer hue issue with iPhones is embarrassing.

Honestly speaking I think sony have best camera hardware and sensors let alone the zeiss optics integrated. However, I believe there is something wrong with their image processing software because when I take pictures on snapchat the images are stunning but when taken on sonu stock app its not that good either too soft or too bright not rebalanced. Even tho iPhone has Sony sensors installed in their phones, I believe they made the image processing auto pro output for a simple daily user not a professional. That's why the iPhone pics are better. Sony camera phone needs someone whos spend time adjusting setting and all before taking the pic which is not useful and handly when you want to snap quick pic with a friend or a view.
