Overall, this is a classic sci-fi movie of the 1950s with dated SFX, cheese and a few flaws. But it’s great, if you just accept it for what it is and acknowledge when it was filmed and the grandiose predictions of the future. It’s recommended viewing for all sci-fi fans.
Only the fantasy “other” seems perfect. But the dialogue also reflects the more “censored” time when it was created. Pretty much nothing can make a lady appear more charming as compared to confidence.
