A slightly unrelated question if I may. What if I want to modify the first (the green coloured) loop by adding a note or two to it. Am aware that I can do it note by note using the mouse. But can I do it using a midi keyboard by loading up that software instrument on a separate track and then playing the extra new notes on that new track, and then fusing the two tracks. What would be the best way to do this. How do I keep the effects intact. This could also happen if I want to add, say, a cowbell to an existing drum loop. Any advice? Hope this is making sense 🙂 Thanks.
