Ya gotta come to this average at best Glen song!, Jesus, I don't know why I hate this song so much today, or more, I hate that this is the song he's most well known for, I'm happy that southern nights is starting to surpass this song though, that song is a fucking banger, but c'mon man! I want some more classic Glen Campbell love besides just Gentle on My Mind!
Why is this Glen's big song? I hate it. It's the beginning of the end of Glen's golden years and that's all I can think about when I hear this song, I really just don't like it, it's an alright song I guess, but like I said, it's all down hill after 1972 and Al De Lory no longer arranged and produced Glen's records and that's all I can think about when I hear this song and I hate it. I'mma go listen A New Place in The Sun now to clear my head of this song, see ya, and I love ya Glen, even if I didn't like all your eras I can still tell that old Glen is in there every now and then and that's why I'll still listen, but this song in particular? Nah Glen, not a fan.
