I cavoletti di bruxelles sono una curiosissima varietà di cavolo in formato mini che cresce principalmente nel Nord europa ed è sensibile alle basse temperature.

Come qualsiasi cavolo che si rispetti, è un alimento che migliora in sistema immunitario: è antibatterico, antitumorale, aiuta la memoria, antiossidante ed è diuretico.

Il cavolo è ricco di indolo, sostanza attiva contro il cancro, e di colina che migliora le funzioni cerebrali. Insomma dovremmo tutti inserire all’interno della nostra aliementazione le mie amate crucifere! Ma come? oggi vi propongo una idea semplicissima per dei fantastici cavoletti al forno speziati:

Ingredienti per 2 porzioni:

350g di cavoletti di bruxelles
1 cucchiaio di olio extravergine d’oliva
sale q.b.
paprika dolce q.b.
curcuma q.b.
aglio in polvere q.b.
pepe nero macinato q.b.

Tempo di preparazione: 30 minuti

Procedimento:

Pulisci i cavoletti di bruxelles e tagliali a metà, quindi condiscili con tutti gli ingredienti e mettili su una placca da forno ricoperta di carta forno;
Inforna a 200° in forno preriscaldato per circa 20 minuti o finchè non risulteranno ben cotti;
Servi come contorno.

[IMPORTANT] End of support for Android 4.4 (API 19 and 20)

API 19 and 20 stand for Android v4.4 (KitKat, released on October, 2013)

Today, API 19 and 20 were represented by a very few amount of phones and tablets (less than 1% of the devices used to run Printoid in the world).

That’s why I’ve removed the support for those devices since Printoid v15.05. This action will help me to develop things easier and faster (because it is pretty hard to maintain very old version of Android, KitKat has been released 7 years ago!)

For users using a smartphone or a tablet running previous versions, don’t worry, Printoid is still published on Google Play for you:

Android 4.2 and Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) can install Printoid up to v14.07

Android 4.4 (KitKat) can install Printoid up to v15.04

The fragmentation of the Android versions today (1st of September, 2020)

If you want to enjoy the latest updates of Printoid, you can still check on StackOverFlow if there is a method to run a custom ROM of Android on your device (such as LineageOS for example). You will give a second life to your device, bringing a more recent version of Android (from 8.0 to 10.0, depending on the model you have) and Printoid might run flawlessly on it!

New project after Return to the Reverie!

Hey everyone, in case you haven’t been following this on my Twitter or YouTube, me and Gemini decided to team up again after Return to the Reverie to create a new manga project! However, this time it’s completely unrelated to One Piece and serves as its own original separate story!

It’s a 55-page original one-shot that we made for the 100th Tezuka Competition (a manga competition hosted by Shueisha/Jump themselves!) set in a completely original setting. Even if it isn’t related to One Piece, please consider reading it if you enjoyed Return to the Reverie, as it’s made by the same people!
